Breshay Johnson learned the rhythm of hospitality at the host stand. She liked the moving parts, the maps, and how a warm hello could shape an entire meal. She grew through fast casual counters and high energy sports bars, then stepped into general management at a busy seafood and bar restaurant where she led a team of more than 25, rebuilt schedules, tightened inventory, and lifted guest scores by staying on the floor and coaching in real time.

Today, as head manager, she focuses on experiences that start the moment guests walk in. She believes people should feel welcome, seen, and celebrated at every table. She mentors new hires, builds a culture where hospitality comes naturally, and partners with the kitchen and bar on seasonal specials and signature cocktails so the team is ready to execute. On a busy night you will find her greeting regulars by name, checking a plate on the pass, and jumping to the host stand when the line builds. Turning a regular dinner into someone’s best night out is the part she loves most.
